Do you make custom orders?

How are materials sourced?

All material is ethically and sustainably sourced second-hand and sanitized thoroughly before use.

How do I care for my one of one garment?

All sales will include garment-specific care instructions in the packaging.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to carrier delays, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered via our standard shipping method. Learn more

HOW DO I CHECK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing as soon as they are placed, for this reason, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.

What is the quality of your garments?

Each garment is quality checked before release, however, handmade items are subject to some human error. We strive to create our one of ones as perfectly as we would want to receive them if we were the customer.
